š What has changed?
Previously, PostNL shipments were offered under a single product. From now on, this has been split into two separate products:
š¦ PostNL Standard
For shipments up to 50 dmĀ³
For shipments up to 50 dmĀ³
š PostNL Large Parcel
For shipments above 50 dmĀ³
For shipments above 50 dmĀ³
ā ļø Important Notice
If a shipment larger than 50 dmĀ³ is created using the PostNL Standard product:
A ā¬2.99 incorrect selection surcharge will be applied.
In addition, PostNLās existing surcharges for 50 dmĀ³+, 100 dmĀ³+, and 200 dmĀ³+ will continue to apply.
š If the wrong product is selected, both PostNL surcharges and the ā¬2.99 surcharge will be charged.
ā What should you do?
To ensure cost-efficiency and avoid additional fees:
- Use PostNL Standard only for shipments up to 50 dmĀ³.
- Use PostNL Large Parcel for shipments exceeding 50 dmĀ³.
