- flammable gases

Weapons and Military Items

- counterfeit goods
- stolen goods

Financial Instruments and Valuables

Human or Animal Remains

Shipments containing prohibited items may be:

If prohibited items are discovered, the customer may be responsible for:
- penalties
- fines
- damages to other shipments
- carrier disposal costs
10. Limitation of Liability
Ectaroship acts solely as a technology platform facilitating access to carrier services.
Ectaroship shall not be liable for:
- shipments containing prohibited items
- confiscated or destroyed shipments
- damages resulting from restricted items
- carrier decisions related to restricted goods
11. Policy Updates
Ectaroship reserves the right to update this Restricted Items Policy at any time.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before creating shipments.
12. Acceptance of Policy
By creating a shipment through the Ectaroship platform, customers confirm that:
- the shipment does not contain prohibited items
- they comply with all applicable carrier rules
- they accept this Restricted Items Policy
