Wix is one of the world’s most popular website builders, used by millions of businesses to run their online stores with Wix Stores and Wix eCommerce. It gives merchants an easy way to build a store, list products and take payments in one place.
With the Wix and EctaroShip integration, merchants can simplify their logistics process — from order synchronization to shipping automation. EctaroShip collects your paid Wix orders automatically, lets you create shipping labels instantly, and sends the tracking number back to Wix, so your customers always know where their parcel is.
Whether you’re shipping locally or across borders, this integration gives you the flexibility and efficiency needed to scale your e-commerce business effortlessly.
✅ What the integration does
- Imports your paid, not yet fulfilled Wix orders into EctaroShip automatically.
- Keeps order status in sync: orders cancelled in Wix are cancelled in EctaroShip too.
- When you create a shipping label, the carrier and tracking link are sent to Wix and the order is marked as fulfilled.
🔹 How to connect your Wix store
- Log in to your EctaroShip Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations page.
- Click the Add New Integration button.
- On the opened page, select Wix.
- In the popup, click Start Integration.
- You’ll be redirected to Wix. Log in to your Wix account and choose the site you want to connect.
- Review the requested permissions and approve the installation of the Ectaro app.
- You’ll be redirected back to the Ectaro Integration Page.
- Enter a Name for your integration and select your handling time.
- Click Complete Process to finalize the integration.
Congratulations! Your integration is complete and ready to use.
Please note that it may take a few minutes for your Wix orders to appear on the Orders page. Orders from the last 90 days that are paid and not yet fulfilled are imported. Orders with store pickup or pickup point delivery are not imported.
If you remove the Ectaro app from your Wix site, you can reconnect at any time with the Refresh Connection button on your integration’s page in EctaroShip.
