While Fnac primarily serves customers in France, it also extends its reach to Belgium, Spain, and Portugal, providing a broad geographic scope for sellers to tap into multiple markets. How to Connect?​

    1. Access EctaroShip Dashboard: Log in to your EctaroShip account and go to the main menu.

    2. Go to Integrations: In the main menu, locate and click on the “Integrations”  option. This is where you manage your integrations.

    3. Add New Integration: Inside the Integrations section, Click “Add New Integration” button on top right on the page..

    4. Select Fnac: From the list of available integrations, find and select “Fnac” This option allows you to integrate your EctaroShip account with Fnac.

    5. Provide Integration Name: You’ll be prompted to give your Fnac integration a name. This can be any name you prefer, and it’s for your reference to distinguish between different integrations if needed.

    6. Unlike other marketplaces, Fnac does not have an automatic mechanism to retrieve API connection ids. You must contact your Fnac account manager to obtain the connection IDs below.
      Partner ID: This is a unique identifier assigned by Fnac.
      Shop ID: This identifies your specific shop or store on Fnac Marketplace.
      API Key: This is a secure key that allows your application to authenticate and access data from your seller account.
      API URL: This is the web address where your API requests will be sent.
