How to Connect?
Access EctaroShip Dashboard: Log in to your EctaroShip account and go to the main menu.
Go to Integrations: In the main menu, locate and click on the “Integrations” option. This is where you manage your integrations.
Add New Integration: Inside the Integrations section, Click “Add New Integration” button on top right on the page..
Select Rakuten: From the list of available integrations, find and select “Rakuten” This option allows you to integrate your EctaroShip account with Rakuten.
Provide Integration Name and Login e-mail: You’ll be prompted to give your Rakuten integration a name. This can be any name you prefer, and it’s for your reference to distinguish between different integrations if needed. And You’ll be prompted to type your Rakuten login e-mail.
Access Your Rakuten Seller Account: Log in to your Rakuten Marketplace seller account using your credentials. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to sign up as a seller on the Rakuten Marketplace.
- Get API Token: Go to “Mon compte” (my account). Then click on “Mes informations développeur” (my developer information). Here you can copy the API token. And paste the token in related field in EctaroShip.
- Rakuten and EctaroShip integration has been completed.
