PostNL EctaroShip Integration

Note: If you connect your own contract and create labels, you will be charged a processing fee of 0.09 € to 0.19 € per label (depending on your monthly shipping package). If you use labels provided by EctaroShip, you won’t pay any processing fees.

How to Connect?

Go to the integration page of EctaroShip and Select PostNL integration.
Type your integration name for your reference.
You will need to fill out following datas:
– API Key, Customer code, Customer number, Collection Location ID. These data can be found at your PostNL account > Click on your name in the top right corner and then go to mijn account. > Scroll down on the page, click “API beheren“
However, PostNL first wants to check the quality of your label printer. To do this, create a test shipment and send the printed labels to the CIT Service Desk. They check your labels for paper quality, printing and barcode quality. You need to contact with CIT service desk.
