How to Connect?

1. Start Integration

You can start the integration in two different ways — either from EctaroShip or directly from your Temu seller account.

🔹 Option 1 — Start from EctaroShip

Log in to your EctaroShip Dashboard
Navigate to Integrations page
Click Add New Integration button.
On the opened page, select Temu.
In the popup, click Start Integration.
You’ll be redirected to Temu Ectaro App.

🔹 Option 2 — Start from Temu Seller Account

Log in to your Temu Seller Account.
Click Apps and Services on the menu
Navigate to Apps Store page
In the search bar, type “Ectaro” and press Enter.
Find the EctaroShip app in the results and click Authorize

2. Grant Permissions and Authorization

Set General Permissions.
Select Authorized Sales Marketplaces.
Set Duration of Authorization.
Click Submit to confirm.
You’ll be redirected to Ectaro Integration Page.

3. Complete Integration

Enter a Name for Your Integration
Click Complete Process and finalize the integration.
Congratulations! Your integration is complete and ready to use.
Please note that it may take a few minutes for your Temu orders to appear on the Orders page.
