How to Connect?

Access EctaroShip Dashboard: Log in to your EctaroShip account and go to the main menu.
Go to Integrations: In the main menu, locate and click on the “Integrations” or “Integration Settings” option. This is where you manage your integrations.
Add New Integration: Inside the Integrations section, Click “Add New Integration” button on top right on the page..
Select Bol.com: From the list of available integrations, find and select “Bol.com.” This option allows you to integrate your EctaroShip account with Bol.com.
Provide Integration Name: You’ll be prompted to give your Bol.com integration a name. This can be any name you prefer, and it’s for your reference to distinguish between different integrations if needed.
Enter Client ID and Client Secret: To establish the connection between EctaroShip and Bol.com, you’ll need to provide your Bol.com Client ID and Client Secret. These credentials can be found in your Bol.com Partner Dashboard:
1. Log in to the bol.com sales account, open the ‘settings’ ‘Instellingen’ page and go to ‘API Settings’ ‘API Instellingen’ under the heading ‘Services’ ‘Diensten’.
2. Click on ‘Create’ ‘Aanmaken’ under the heading ‘Client credentials for the Retailer API’.
3. Enter a name for the credentials in the text field. Preferably use a name ‘EctaroShip’. After entering the name, click on ‘Create’ ‘Aanmaken’.
4. The Client ID is automatically shown on the screen. When you click on ‘Toon secret’, a pop-up opens containing the Client secret.

5. Copy and Paste these credentials into the respective fields in EctaroShip.
Configure Bol.com Options: Depending on your business needs and preferences, you may have various options related to Bol.com integration. These include settings for bol.com logistics preferences, customer cancelation requests and pre-label priority.
Start Integration: After entering the necessary information and configuring the options, review everything to ensure accuracy. Once you’re satisfied, click the “Start Integration” initiate the connection between EctaroShip and Bol.com.
